2009 – Inducted as a Brown Heart Ambassador alongside Bunmi Davies, Linda Ikeji, Tosin Buknor, Toyosi Akerele and Obi Asika.

2010 – USA Ken Saro Wiwa Award for literature by the Niger Delta Restoration for hope, Texas, USA. Also, was inducted into the institute of Strategic Management of Nigeria (ISMN) and the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM).

2011 – Founded the Potters Lounge Ikoyi Project. The Potters Lounge Ikoyi has so far hosted over five hundred of the best young mind in Lagos with the direct mentorship and guest partnership of Jimi Agbaje ( Activist of the Save Nigeria Group and former governorship candidate, Lagos State) , Yemi Cardoso (Chairman, Citibank Nigeria), Bola Adesola (MD/CEO, Standard Chattered Bank), Joke Silva (international actress and Nollywood star), Seyi Wright (former Bank MD), Mrs Cat Di (US, government official) and Mr Adeola Adetunji (MD/CEO of Coca Cola Nigeria).

2012 – Hosted and facilitated series of executives at the monthly Hexavia- Acceltage Business and Project Management Professional (PMP) classes. He has done retreats, restructuring and trainings for a series of companies ranging from The African Movie Academy Awards to Goge Africa and individuals from Gtbank, Jumia, Zenith etc.

He was featured in The Vanguard Newspaper, a national daily in recognition to delivered value in the corporate world and to SME and enterprise development.

2013 – He launched the Hexavian MasterClass. It is an intensive business, brand, strategy and project management class for entrepreneurs and managers in line with raising world class businesses and brands. It runs monthly on a private Ikoyi Resort and Spa in three major cities (Lagos, Port Harcourt and Abuja. He also co hosts weekly , Nigeria’s biggest Radio Show, Sharing Life Issues with Chaz B with a listenership of over a million people, weekly. He also features on NTA’s AM Express and was also a special guest on Ebony Life TV’s Moments with Mo.

2014 – He led Brand Footprint Media, one of Africa’s biggest brand communications company to its retreat involving a 48 man team. It was a Corporate Culture and Standard Operating Procedures Retreat at IITA, Ibadan. He also launched the Hexavian Business Club, a monthly cerebral meet up for entrepreneurs, corporate professionals and investors.

Hosted twice as a guest on NTA AM express which refers to a national TV breakfast show to discuss pressing issues with youth and enterprise development in Nigeria.

2015 – Initiated and facilitated a change management program for St. Nicholas Hospital in line with its corporate restructuring and expansion. Eizu also facilitated The Central Bank of Nigeria’s retreat on “CREATING OF SUPERLATIVES FOR IMPLEMENTING FINANCIAL POLICIES THAT LEVERAGE ON NIGERIA’S EMERGENCE AS A FRONTIER MARKET

2016 – Consulting with Lufthansa on Brand and Marketing Strategy in line with their sponsorship of the Nigerian Social Media week.
